1. Trash Preparation: Residents will be provided with a complimentary, branded 13-gallon valet trash container. They will be instructed to place their securely tied trash and recycling bags inside this container.
2. Placement: On scheduled service days (Monday through Friday), residents will place their container outside their front door during the designated pickup window, typically 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. 
3. Collection: Our uniformed, professional valets will collect the contained trash and recycling      starting at 8:00 AM. 
4. Retrieval: Residents must retrieve their empty containers and bring them back inside their units daily after the trash pickup window.
